Merry Pranksters (-120)
My Cup Size Is Stanley (-120)
Over 7.0 (-125)
Under 7.0 (-115)
Notes: I am consistently amazed at both the beauty and the horror of AI art. Why is that guy saying “smoking marijuana” to his buddy instead of just, you know, doing it? Anyways, speaking of marijuana, the Pranksters are back in action after beating both blue and orange on Friday night (yet another valuable lesson for the preseason sadness coalition who will sadly never learn) and they’ll be facing what will almost definitely be the highest scoring team this season in Cup Size. Jenn usually likes to draft for defense but this season it appears they’re going to try to win games 6-5 and although I’m not sure how that will work long-term, they’ve put up 17 goals in 3 games which over the course of a full season would be close to a record pace at 5.67 GPG (the record is 5.80 by Clappin’ Cheeks). This is a big contrasting styles matchup as black will no doubt look to push the pace and win with an offensive onslaught while the Pranksters will lean on the defense and Sonj along with Maddy and KG, possibly the most underrated girl duo in the league. A truly fascinating matchup and one in which I’m inclined to take the over.

Notes: Unlike the previous matchup, this one seems fairly cut and dry. These teams met on a Friday night a couple weeks ago in what had to be the most lopsided 7-3 game I’ve ever seen. 4 goals may seem like a solid win but it felt like it should be closer to 24. Still, that night saw a shorthanded yellow team and tonight they seem to have most of their players in. I’m still not sure it will be enough against a legitimately explosive black offense, even if they are missing their secret weapon who may or may not be called Nacho Libre. Also Zisser is a last minute out for yellow and APK/Max are unavailable so still sorting out who the goalie will be. It all adds up to one winner in Yentabowl 2024. Cup Size by three.

Over 6.5 (-105)
Under 6.5 (-135)
Notes: This was set to be perhaps the marquee matchup of the evening but two late breaking absences for blue in Chad and Sammy have sent this line into a tailspin. Cardello also remains in Mass for this one (the state, not church, although he might be there too) but Jenna will be making her league debut and most of the rest of the squad looks to be in for this one. Meanwhile the MilkMob has full attendance; like literally the entire team, plus some team hoodies, some cowbells, some kind of team song Rob found online blasting through a speaker he’s bringing…it’s a truly insane situation that honestly makes me wonder if adding the MilkMob franchise to the league is one of the smartest things I’ve ever done as commissioner. In any case, I legitimately have no idea how this game will go but I do expect fireworks and a ton of yelling. Maybe take the under on goals but the over on dairy and cowbell. Oh dear.

Notes: Each team will play their second game of the evening in this one and these teams couldn’t be more different in their starts. Yellow has underachieved a bit considering the talent they have in Wes, James, Zisser, Danilo, Russo, plus an absolute heater from Sanchick. Meanwhile many were flummoxed by white’s draft but they’re proving that vibes go a long way in this league and not only did they beat a very solid Tropic Thunder team in Week 1, they have a full roster coming out tonight just frothing at the mouth for action. In fact, if George RR Martin could rewrite his history of Westeros but about these guys, it would probably be called Blood & Milk. Or Milk & Blood. Either way, that pretty much settles it. White to win.

Over 11.0 (-160)
Under 11.0 (+110)
Notes: D5’s first ever one night home and home series wraps up the west coast slate so might as well throw them together in a three way series price just for kicks. Believe it or not, these games will mark the halfway point of the Fall 2024 season even though it feels like we just started. It’s a pretty big matchup between the defending champs in Bean and the team that many thought would run over the league in orange. After a few weeks of play, these teams emerged as only #s 5 and 7 in the Power Rankings; formidable, but hardly overpowering. 6 crucial standings points are at stake in this back-to-back series and for the first time ever, instead of standard game lines I’m throwing in a two game series price. My lean would be orange, but it’s tough to count out pink and the firepower they have between Fitz, Cherie, Ryan and co. Ryann will be in for the Weenies while Mel’s on the Bean tonight. Give me a split and the under and possibly an SGP with Magosin points in this one, assuming he plays up.
