Week 4 Betting Lines (Fall 2025)

Return Of The Clap (-145)
The Mighty Ducks (EVEN)
Over 6.5 Goals (-120)
Under 6.5 Goals (-120)

Notes:
This is a rematch of a matchup that happened three times last year and each one was a crazy thrill ride. Two regular season games went to OT and ended by scores of 5-4 and 7-6 while the other was a semifinal OT game that the Ducks tied with just seconds left in regulation, only for the then-Eggs to win it in the longest OT in league history. Rosters may be totally different but I wonder if this matchup will carry the same DNA as those. If so, expect a super tight, high scoring matchup. Of course, like I said, the rosters are totally different and most notably Sonj and Andrew were both signed by the Ducks in the offseason after they dumped Simon’s salary. Simon, in a crazy turn of events, will be the one subbing in net for the Clap so it’s like a full-on trade took place in the offseason. It’s tough to know what to really make of these teams after just a couple games and games where every team has seemed to be somewhat short, but I think they’re two of the better ones in the league and I do seem this matchup being fairly tight. And I am a believer in the DNA of certain matchups so I’ll be taking the over.

My Cup Size Is Stanley (+2.0 Goals) (EVEN)
Return Of The Clap (-2.0 Goals) (-145)
Over 6.5 Goals (-165)
Under 6.5 Goals (+120)

Notes:
Both teams should have a fairly full roster tonight minus Simon subbing in net for Clap. Cup Size is the last team to make their debut this season and while the preseason power ranks had them near the middle of the pack, I personally projected them as a play-in team. Tonight represents a huge opportunity for them to either prove me right or make a statement and Jenn will obviously be hoping for the latter and not just because she agreed to a rare $50 bet with me on their standings finish Monday. I have a one game body of work from Clap to draw from and a zero game body of work for Cup Size so who knows what will happen, but my inkling is that black will have no answers for Levine, Pete or even Cup Size alum Bramson who’s honestly looking pretty sharp in white leopard. Might be a new look for him when he hits the clubs. 6-3 Clap.

Rediohead (-145)
My Cup Size Is Stanley (EVEN)
Over 6.5 Goals (-120)
Under 6.5 Goals (-120)

Notes:
The final game of the night and honestly I can’t take any bets on it because Campbell is trying to negotiate some kind of sub agreement whereby he won’t play in goal but will play out and his brother will also sub but Jenn will get Pete as a sub? I don’t really get it except that he might be dying from some mystery ailment or just a month straight of drinking. In any case, lines are closed until we get clarity on this matter but for the sport of it, I did make some general lines assuming their goalie is like Simon or Cam and the aforementioned swap goes through. Need further clarity on what the hell is happening here but also seeing as I will be drafting a fantasy team during it, I prob won’t be paying much attention anyways.

UPDATE: Chris Caron in net; Campbell and Carter playing as forwards for red, Pete subbing in for black. Game is close to coinflip range but slight edge to red.
