GAME NOTES:
A surprisingly tight and low scoring game that seemed destined for a shootout before a turnover with just 15 seconds left by orange gave Craig one of the longest breakaways I’ve ever seen, pretty much from his own blueline in completely uncontested. Sadly for orange fans and bettors everywhere he was able to convert, giving black their first victory of the season with just nine seconds left in OT. Big night for Bob Saget.

GAME NOTES:
Camo continues their surprising run as the top team in the league and week 3 continues its surprising run as the lowest scoring week of the season with three different games finishing with three goals scored. Absolutely incredible for the guy who has to write down each goal. Gelman was able to score a late goal to cut the deficit to one but that was all the Pranksters could manage in this one. 2-1 Doug Fish as they remain in 1st place in the standings at the season’s quarter pole.

This game was heading to the 1st intermission scoreless before a superlate goal with just nine seconds left in the 1st by Pigozzi changed the momentum and tenor of this matchup. Purple would go on to score four in a row and only give up one late goal to Nick, cruising to a comfortable and fairly dominant 4-1 win over the Panthers.

Another low scoring game as Tyler made his season debut for blue and looked fantastic in shutting out a very solid purple team. Carl was excellent as well and only gave up two goals of his own but without any run support there’s only so much he could do. A late empty netter by Brooke would seal the game as blue would take a 3-0 decision to move to 2 and 0 on the season

GAME NOTES:
As will be a constant theme this season, a run and gun game by Double Teamed and in this one they did not get the better end of it. Red scored six straight from midway through the 1st through midway through the 3rd before yellow put up three late ones to make the scoreline respectable. Still, in the end it’s a regulation win for Red Day as they look to assert themselves as one of the top teams in the league after a somewhat rocky start.

Another fairly comfortable win for red as they led wire to wire, putting a complete stranglehold on the pink offense. Weaver Bros reunion was a success as well with each putting up two points en route to a 4-1 victory over the Panthers that solidifies them as one of the top teams in the league.

Summer Rens Bowl was a bit of a dud as Shake n’ Bake, like red in the previous game, pretty much led wire to wire with Ryan notching another hat trick and Minsky adding three points as his defensive revival season continues. Nick would once again score the lone goal for pink but a 5-1 win for navy was the result as they stay in the hunt for the President’s Trophy.
