Breaking news from the D5 sports desk as rumors of Red being shorthanded have made waves through the D5 community. Sources close to the matter say that Red will not have two top players tonight, but this isn’t even close to the biggest situation.
The DBI (District Bureau of Investigation) caught wind of possible collusion amongst members on the Purple, Milk, and Black, who, if convicted, would be guilty of gambling on insider information. Red, according to a source, has asked for subs to play which would cause a significant line shift due to the changes in the D5 betting line algorithm, which may also indicate a trade prior to tonights festivities.
As of now, all lines have been CLOSED for only the third time in D5 history prior to 6pm on a gameday, as the D5 sportsbook tries to protect it’s capital from the price increase this season. Stay tuned for updates on this breaking matter.
