Week 8 Betting Lines (Fall 2025)

Legally Blonde (-1.5 Goals) (-200)
My Cup Size Is Stanley (+1.5 Goals) (+140)
Over 7.5 Goals (-145)
Under 7.5 Goals (EVEN)

Notes:
Cup Size is missing so many players that I’m not even sure how they’re going to field a team. They’ve got Hilary subbing in for this game and are trying to engage in some crazy negotiation with Yehuda as we speak but most likely it’ll just be one of those classic Friday night games where both teams are missing a bunch of players. Lucas, Pereira, Minsky, Wagner, others…all gone for black. Craig, APK, probably Yehuda himself…all gone for pink. But they do have Emma, Sophia and the sleeper rookie himself, GG of The Wire fame (hopefully he has a better end than that guy did), and I think that’s probably enough for a pink team that hasn’t done quite as well as I expected but still much better than most people expected judging from their #12 ranking in the first edition of the power ranks. Black might have more skill in the lineup but pink has youth, speed and goaltending and I think in this league that’s far more important. As long as Sophia isn’t too brutally hungover from last night, I’ve got Legally Blonde by two.

The MilkMob (+1.0 Goals) (+125)
Hockey at Glatt’s (-1.0 Goals) (-170)

Over 6.5 Goals (-120)
Under 6.5 Goals (-120)

Notes:
This line will likely raise some eyebrows but Glatt’s simply must be favored in this game. These teams played just last week and the Mob barely hung on for a 3-2 win. This time around, Glatt’s appears to have pretty much the same lineup while MilkMob will be missing Merone, Jordan and the Milkman himself along with a host of other players. MilkMob did get Sophia in as a goalie sub but regardless, this is likely to be a very difficult game against an underrated, tough grinding Glatt’s team. MilkMob still has enough firepower to get the win especially with Dave Liang subbing, but it’s going to be a tough one without the guy who gives five minute speeches about Papa Joe and the cows on the farm. For my money, with a 3-2 result in the books for a game where there was far more firepower on the ice, the under is the play here.

Return Of The Clap (+2.0 Goals) (-145)
Great Sexpectations (-2.0 Goals) (EVEN)

Over 6.5 Goals (-120)
Under 6.5 Goals (-120)

Notes:
Clap is missing Bramson who I think is boozing at Penn State all weekend along with Ryan who’s been concussed all season and is apparently sitting out a couple games so he stops getting dizzy while starting at crypto charts all day. Sex will have Brooke in for Ryann, who apparently suffered a broken rib in Tuesday’s game against Cup Size, and a generally pretty short bench but that’s generally the standard. These games are always among the most exciting of the season and no result would ever surprise me when these two storied franchises meet, but I do think Levine is the one player whose absences swings the odds significantly. Clap will receive Emma in his place as a future consideration sub, but unless they’ve seriously shored up their defense I’m not sure if it will be quite enough. 5-3 Sex.

Hockey at Glatt’s (-105)
The Mighty Ducks (-135)

Over 6.5 Goals (-105)
Under 6.5 Goals (-135)

Notes:
As recently as a week ago, this would have been a 2.5 goal line. But Glatt’s has really picked up their play in recent games as the roster’s gelled a bit and the new guys have gotten used to the D5 game. The Ducks remain one of the top teams in the league, winners of 4 of their last 5 and possibly #2 in the standings with a regulation win here, but this one won’t be easy in the slightest against a motivated and feisty brown team. I’ve been told one of Glatt’s key players may be a GTD to stay for this one so that would certainly change the odds significantly. But as long as their top 6 rounds of picks are in, which I believe appears to be the case, they should be able to keep this one fairly close and give the Ducks a legitimate challenge. Unfortunately for them, I still think the Ducks will have enough firepower to take this one down. Ducks 4-2. See ya tonight.

UPDATE: Ducks missing Satok, Tom, Bobby, Yehuda, Neil and Cam. Line adjusted accordingly.
