Weeks 7 & 8 Box Scores (Spring 2026)

Bruise Control vs Chappell Red

1st Period:
BRC (1-0) – Bramson (7) (assisted by Simon) (12:42)
2nd Period:
BRC (2-0) – Mike Milstein (2) (assisted by Mason) (6:49)
3rd Period:
BRC (3-0) – Mason (2) (assisted by Rose) (7:45)

GAME NOTES:
A defensive battle for the ages and one of the lowest scoring games of the season, Carl picks up his first shutout of the season and Bramson continues to be one of the hottest players in the league (scoring-wise) en route to a 3-0 purple win despite being slight underdogs. I may have to start adjusting their game lines because similar to Bramson, purple is kinda hot right now.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Bramson (GWG)
2nd – Mason (1G, 1A)
1st – Carl (W, SO)

Glazin’ Donuts vs Sex Ed

1st Period:
GLAZ (1-0) – Mike Agaby (1) (unassisted) (11:13)
SEX (1-1) – Amit (1) (assisted by Maulik) (12:44)
2nd Period:
SEX (2-1) – Jared (1) (assisted by Mitch) (7:44)
GLAZ (2-2) – Tommy (1) (assisted by Pete) (8:11)
GLAZ (3-2) – Yehuda (5) (unassisted) (10:06)
SEX (3-3) – Jared (2) (assisted by Nicki) (12:59)
3rd Period:
SEX (4-3) – Jared (3) (assisted by Mitch) (2:38)
SEX (5-3) – Jared (4) (assisted by Jess) (3:46)
SEX (6-3) – Jackson (2) (assisted by Maulik) (6:40)
SEX (7-3) – Maulik (4) (EN) (assisted by Jess) (12:30)

GAME NOTES:
A game that was much closer than the final scoreline indicates as this one was back-and-forth for the first two periods, tied at 3 heading into the 3rd. But four unanswered blue goals, the last of which was an empty netter, put this one out of reach and dropped silver to a surprising .500 record. 7-3 Sex as silver really misses Ryan in this one.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Jess (2A)
2nd – Maulik (1G, 2A)
1st – Jared (4G)

Chappell Red vs The MilkMob

1st Period:
RED (1-0) – Kevin (3) (assisted by Tarnow) (1:27)
MILK (1-1) – The Milkman (5) (assisted by Maddy) (6:23)
MILK (2-1) – Joe Haar (1) (assisted by Caleb) (12:45)
2nd Period:
RED (2-2) – Anthony Alleva (1) (assisted by Max) (9:27)
3rd Period:
MILK (3-2) – The Milkman (6) (assisted by Hicks) (4:00)

GAME NOTES:
The game that led to 50 texts, multiple WhatsApp groups and more trash talk videos sent to the league instagram than maybe ever before. Despite giving up a goal on the very first shift of the game the Mob was able to storm back and hang on for a hard fought 3-2 win. I don’t think they’ve left the bar since.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Joe Haar (1G)
2nd – Sonj (W, 2 GA)
1st – The Milkman (2G)

Merry Pranksters vs Sex Ed

1st Period:
PRK (1-0) – Gelman (6) (assisted by Maddy) (1:32)
SEX (1-1) – Mitch (2) (assisted by Jared) (2:41)
PRK (2-1) – Gelman (7) (unassisted) (9:00)
2nd Period:
SEX (2-2) – Jackson (3) (assisted by Alex) (8:40)
PRK (3-2) – Maddy (6) (assisted by Satok) (10:20)
PRK (4-2) – Maddy (7) (assisted by Gelman) (13:00)
SEX (3-4) – Amit (2) (assisted by Cardello) (13:59)
3rd Period:
PRK (5-3) – Nick (1) (EN) (unassisted) (12:36)

GAME NOTES:
Pranksters announce that they’re for real with an impressive effort on the back of two goals each by Maddy and Gelman. The unsung hero of the game was probably Max however with a bunch of crucial saves, particularly late in a 3rd period that could have gone either way. But a late empty netter by Nick sealed the deal as tie dye jumps into the top four in the standings. It’s been one hell of a revival thus far.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Max (W, 3 GA)
2nd – Gelman (2G, 1A)
1st – Maddy (2G, 1A)

Pinky Toe vs Hockey at Glatt’s

1st Period:
GLAT (1-0) – Glattman (6) (assisted by Robyn) (0:38)
PINK (1-1) – Bad Yehuda (1) (assisted by Emma) (5:30)
GLAT (2-1) – Alex Merone (2) (unassisted) (7:00)
GLAT (3-1) – Everett (6) (assisted by Glattman) (8:35)
PINK (2-3) – Emma (5) (assisted by GG) (9:21)
PINK (3-3) – Emma (6) (assisted by APK) (11:22)
2nd Period:
PINK (4-3) – Emma (7) (unassisted) (0:36)
3rd Period:
GLAT (4-4) – Everett (7) (assisted by Ryann) (11:01)
GLAT (5-4) – Glattman (7) (assisted by Everett) (11:23)
GLAT (6-4) – Ryann (1) (assisted by Everett) (12:21)

GAME NOTES:
This was predictably just an orgy of scoring as the teams combined for six goals in the first period. It did slow down a bit after that and it looked like there was a chance pink would pick up a regulation win as they led with just three minutes left. Incredibly they would go on to give up three goals in the next 1:20, none of them empty netters, as Glatt’s remains perfect on the season and wins a rematch of last season’s championship game 6-4.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Glattman (2G, 1A)
2nd – Emma (3G, 1A)
1st – Everett (2G, aA)

Merry Pranksters vs Baja Blast

1st Period:
BAJA (1-0) – Jacob Berkowitz (3) (assisted by Jake Kolenberg) (3:50)
PRK (1-1) – Swersky (1) (assisted by Satok) (9:50)
2nd Period:
BAJA (2-1) – Minsky (5) (assisted by Neil) (0:57)
PRK (2-2) – Adam Herman (2) (assisted by Nick) (4:32)
PRK (3-2) – Satok (3) (assisted by Dylan) (13:30)
3rd Period:
PRK (4-2) – Nick (2) (assisted by Adam Herman) (2:08)
PRK (5-2) – Adam Herman (3) (EN) (assisted by Swersky) (13:07)
PRK (6-2) – Adam Herman (4) (EN) (assisted by Sam Gelman) (13:50)

GAME NOTES:
The Pranksters continue their march to the top of the standings with their 3rd straight win, this one on the back of what is likely Adam’s first career hat trick. He was going to leave early to watch the draft lottery but I’m sure he’s glad he didn’t. Pranksters come back from down a goal twice and score five unanswered to take this one 6-2.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Adam Satok (GWG)
2nd – Nick (1G, 1A)
1st – Adam Herman (3G)

Street Meat vs Bruise Control

1st Period:
BRC (1-0) – Max Piche (2) (unassisted) (2:59)
2nd Period:
BRC (2-0) – Simon (1) (assisted by Chris Fullam) (1:38)
BRC (3-0) – Simon (2) (assisted by Cherie) (2:39)
BRC (4-0) – Simon (3) (assisted by Cherie) (11:30)
3rd Period:
BRC (5-0) – Jesse (1) (unassisted) (4:35)
BRC (6-0) – Jesse (2) (unassisted) (5:44)
MEAT (1-6) – JLP (5) (assisted by Cardello) (9:14)

GAME NOTES:
Purple picks up a statement win as they score six straight goals to open the game, only allowing one goal with five minutes left, and picking up their 4th straight victory to rocket into top five seeding. Also just minutes after Herman picked up his first career hat trick, Simon picks up his. Something must have been in the air and it sure wasn’t love. 6-1 Bruise Control.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Carl (W, 1 GA)
2nd – Jesse (2G)
1st – Simon (3G)

Sex Ed vs The MilkMob

1st Period:
SEX (1-0) – Chad (3) (unassisted) (13:21)
2nd Period:
SEX (2-0) – Ryan K (1) (assisted by Amit) (0:38)
SEX (3-0) – Ryan K (2) (assisted by Alex) (7:48)
MILK (1-3) – Justin Sherbal (1) (assisted by Andrew Gates) (11:33)
3rd Period:
SEX (4-1) – Jared (5) (PP) (assisted by Alex) (7:23)
MILK (2-4) – Tom White (1) (SH) (assisted by Caleb) (8:29)
SEX (5-2) – Ryan K (3) (PP) (assisted by Alex) (10:54)
MILK (3-5) – Jacob Popeck (2) (assisted by Tom White) (13:19)

GAME NOTES:
Sonj was fantastic in this one and the game was actually scoreless late in the 1st until a Chad goal with 39 seconds left and a Ryan goal 38 seconds into the next frame blew the game open. Ryan would become the third player on the night to pick up his first career D5 hat trick as Sex Ed picked up a 5-3 win over the Mob.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Sonj
2nd – Jared (1G)
1st – Ryan (3G)

1st Period:

MEAT (2-0) – Doug (2) (assisted by Ken) (1:51)
2nd Period:
PINK (1-2) – Bad Yehuda (2) (assisted by Emma) (0:41)
PINK (2-2) – Annabel (2) (assisted by Good Yehuda) (3:50)
PINK (3-2) – APK (2) (assisted by GG) (5:25)
PINK (4-2) – Bad Yehuda (3) (assisted by Good Yehuda) (9:09)
MEAT (3-4) – Ken (3) (unassisted) (12:54)
3rd Period:
PINK (5-3) – Harky (1) (assisted by Annabel) (3:07)
MEAT (4-5) – Ian (9) (assisted by Pete) (4:12)
MEAT (5-5) – JLP (6) (assisted by Mel) (7:31)
PINK (6-5) – Emma (8) (assisted by APK) (9:56)
PINK (7-5) – Emma (9) (EN) (assisted by APK) (13:53)

GAME NOTES:
Another day, another wildly high scoring game for Pinky Toe. This game had the highest over/under of the season and still it wasn’t enough as a two goal first period gave way to five each in the 2nd and 3rd. Game was tied at 5 with under 5 minutes left until Emma picked up two goals, both assisted by APK, to seal the victory for pink, only their second of the season, sending their bench and their fans to Dorrian’s for Cinco de Mayo very happy.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Bad Yehuda (2G)
2nd – APK (1G, 2A)
1st – Emma (2G, 1A)

The UMass Football Team vs The MilkMob

1st Period:

MILK (1-0) – Joe Haar (2) (assisted by Julie) (7:31)
2nd Period:
MASS (1-1) – Matt H (1) (assisted by Jo Robin) (2:02)
MASS (2-1) – Scott Metz (2) (assisted by Joe Magosin) (4:51)
3rd Period:
MILK (2-2) – Julie (1) (assisted by The Milkman) (6:31)
MILK (3-2) – Hicks (2) (assisted by The Milkman) (11:52)
MILK (4-2) – Joe Haar (3) (EN) (assisted by Julie) (12:48)

GAME NOTES:
And speaking of rolling up to Dorrian’s extremely happy after picking up your second win of the season, the MilkMob in fact picks up its second win over Campbell in the past week week as they use a three goal 3rd period to notch the comeback. Tequila shots and LITs galore at Dorrian’s for the first league Tuesday since 2019. Cost the league close to $700. No regrets.

THREE STARS OF THE GAME:
3rd – Sonj (W, 2 GA)
2nd – Hicks (GWG)
1st – Joe Haar (2G)
